Tracking Data is updated live for individual shipments and updated in batches every 4 hours for Bulk Order Fulfillment.

Delivery Status

There are 5 Delivery Statuses

  • Route Scheduled
  • Out for Delivery
  • Not Home or Business Closed
  • Moved
  • Delivered

Proof of Delivery

Proof of delivery is available for download on your customer portal. If you are a reciever requesting a proof of delivery please e-mail  helllo@bigmailout.com with your tracking number.


Proof of Delivery has GEO Location & Reciever Name or Location + Photo of Delivery Address (where allowed)

Partner Shippers

Since we use a comibination of our shipping network plus major carriers to get you the best cocktail of service at the best rate, you may see shipments with a tendered link forwarding to UPS, FEDEX, DHL, CANPAR, Canadapost. This will all be visible in your customer dashboard as well.
